SPLIT COTTER PINS

The cotter pins we produce are formed from a single strand of wire, with a loop at one end to create the head. This is then used as part of a mating assembly with a clevis pin or other type of shaft.  The cotter pin becomes a locking machanism once the two prongs are bent apart.
